Sweet orange peel

Put it into a blender, add about 100ml of water, and blend.

Add the juice of one lemon to the beaten oranges

Bring the pot to a boil and stir the seeds out of the oranges to avoid burning the pot. Cook for about 10 minutes (minimum 5 minutes)

Cool to 60°C and add honey. I added about 300 grams. Note: Be sure to add first-grade honey, which has high viscosity and good jam shape.

Cool to 30°C and add a tablespoon of red wine (about 10ml). It must be dry red, so it tastes mellow.

Mix well and bottle!
