French fries
Overview
French fries are children’s favorite food, and my two little milk babies are no exception. The biggest worry every time is that you will get angry after eating, so after eating, make some honeysuckle tea to drink, which is very useful for reducing the heat!

Prepare a potato, peel it and wash it

Cut the potatoes into equal parts and about the same size as chopsticks. Do not wash the cut fries with water. Sprinkle an appropriate amount of cornstarch directly on the fries. Stir it until each strip sticks a little bit, as shown in the picture

When the oil is 60% hot, turn down the heat and put down the hot strips. Don't add too much at one time, as they will stick together. Use medium to low heat to fry slowly and don't rush. Stir frequently when frying until golden brown. Use chopsticks to pick up the hard ones to indicate that they are ready.

Put it out on a plate and sprinkle with some fine salt, it will be fragrant and crispy, and it will be more delicious with tomato sauce
