Shepherd's purse fish ball porridge

Last time I shared with you how to make homemade fish balls. If you haven’t seen it yet, you can check it out in my space! After making the fish balls, of course you can eat them in various ways! Today I will share a simple and quick breakfast recipe - shepherd's purse fish ball porridge. The ingredients are fish balls, shepherd's purse and rice. Just cook the porridge as usual, add the fish balls and shepherd's purse at the end, season it and it's ready to go, but it tastes delicious and you want to eat it again!

Wash the rice, add water 7 to 9 times as much as the rice, add 1 teaspoon of oil, and put it into the rice cooker to cook porridge normally.

Wash and cut the shepherd's purse into sections, about 1cm in length.

When the porridge is almost ready, add the fish balls and shepherd's purse segments to the porridge and bring to a boil.

Add salt and white pepper to taste and serve.
