Cut the chicken breasts and set aside.

Blend the diced potatoes and chicken breasts into a paste in a blender.

Add the chili powder and continue stirring to make it evener.

Spread the mushy potato and chicken breast puree on a chopping board and gently press it into a flat piece of chicken with your hands.

Spread egg wash on it, dip it in bread crumbs, and fry slowly in a pan.

After frying, remove and cut into pieces and arrange on a plate. You can sprinkle sesame seeds, or add chili powder or tomato sauce, both are good.
