  1. Cut the chicken breasts and set aside.

  2. Blend the diced potatoes and chicken breasts into a paste in a blender.

  3. Add the chili powder and continue stirring to make it evener.

  4. Spread the mushy potato and chicken breast puree on a chopping board and gently press it into a flat piece of chicken with your hands.

  5. Spread egg wash on it, dip it in bread crumbs, and fry slowly in a pan.

  6. After frying, remove and cut into pieces and arrange on a plate. You can sprinkle sesame seeds, or add chili powder or tomato sauce, both are good.
