Lazy Man’s Simple Apple Pie

Overview

If you don’t wash the fruits at home and put them in front of you, they will always be in the corner and no one will eat them. Haha, I am just lazy! Use wilted apples to make a lazy apple pie

  1. Wash and peel 2 apples

  2. A bag of 5 pieces of Indian flying cake

  3. Dice the apple and set aside (cut into smaller pieces)

  4. A small piece of butter

  5. Some bread crumbs

  6. Fry the butter over high heat until the butter disappears and turns brown

  7. Add in diced apples and continue frying over high heat

  8. When the diced apples turn brown, add a small amount of water (not more than the diced apples)

  9. The water has almost evaporated and the apples are slightly soft. Turn off the heat and sprinkle with bread crumbs

  10. Stir evenly and let cool and set aside

  11. The flying cakes are defrosted naturally and cut into strips or slices according to your preference

  12. Use one egg yolk to stick to the edge

  13. Place the apple filling in the middle of the pie, and then brush the top with egg wash

  14. Heat the upper and lower layers over medium heat for 20 minutes
