Soak tomatoes in boiling water for 2 minutes and peel off the skin

Remove the stems from the tomatoes and cut them into pieces

Use a juicer on low setting to smash the tomatoes, and keep the juice and residue (if you don’t have a juicer, you can skip this step and just mash the tomatoes while cooking)

Put the tomatoes in a pot and cook. Add rock sugar (2 large pieces of polycrystalline rock sugar) to the tomatoes. Add it according to your personal taste. First, boil the tomatoes over high heat until it boils, then reduce the heat to low and simmer slowly. Pay attention to stirring constantly during the cooking period, and mash the tomato residue that is not too rotten
