Overview
The ginkgo stew is quite delicious, and sometimes I grab a handful and eat it in the microwave. This time I tried baking it in the oven. It tastes the same as the microwave version, but it takes a little longer

Place in a preheated 180-degree oven on the middle rack, with upper and lower heat, and bake for about 15 minutes
