French fries
Overview
Many of us know that the English name of French fries is PotatoChips, and Americans call it FrenchFries. In fact, the real origin of French fries is Belgium. As early as 1680, Belgians began to make this kind of French fries. During World War I, American soldiers in Belgium ate these French fries and thought they were particularly delicious, so they became popular. But they took it for granted and called it French because the common language in the Belgian army at that time was French, so they thought it was French French fries.

Steps
-
Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into strips.
-
Add salt to the water and bring to a boil over high heat, then add the potato strips and cook for two to three minutes.
-
Soak the boiled potatoes in cold water for a while.
-
Then put it in the refrigerator to freeze until hard, then fry it if you want to eat it. Or there is another way, which is to bask in the sun until the potatoes have no moisture. Of course, I think the drying method is better, as it won’t spray oil when frying.
-
Heat the oil pan to 80% and add the potato strips. Fry until golden brown.
-
Eat with tomato sauce.
