Strawberry stewed with pears
Overview
This is a very seasonal dessert. You can make this dish in early winter or early spring. The two seasons that can be combined are very short. The snow-white pear flesh was dyed red all over by the natural coloring agent of strawberry, and it was difficult to distinguish it. Only when you ate it in your mouth did you feel that the soft flesh contained strawberry seeds.
