Fruit Salad - The Temptation of Oranges
Overview
A friend came to visit before and brought a lot of fruit. We pile it all in the refrigerator and then forget to eat it. Except for the food we particularly like to eat, everything else is out of sight and often forgotten. Vernon said that if the fruit in the refrigerator is not emptied, you can no longer buy fresh fruit because it will be wasteful. I agree very much, so in order to increase my motivation to eat fruits, I made a fruit salad - the temptation of oranges.

Prepare materials.
-
Clean the oranges and cut them in half. (Since many fruits now have their surfaces waxed to keep them fresh, it is best to soak them in salt water or rub them with salt in advance. It is not recommended to wash them with cleaning fluid, because the cleaning fluid itself is a chemical agent and may leave residues)
-
Scoop out the orange pulp with the help of a small spoon.
-
Slightly cut out the orange peel into a flower shape.
-
Dice the orange flesh.
-
Dice other fruits and set aside.

Add salad dressing, mix well and serve.
