Prepare 1000g of fresh hawthorn.

Soak it in salt water and wash it off. (Mainly to prevent pesticides)

Peel the hawthorn and set aside.

Prepare 400g of rock sugar. (This bag is exactly 400g)

Put water in the pot, pour in the rock sugar, and melt.
