Overview

Spicy and crispy is a side dish pickled with cabbage in my hometown. It is spicy and crispy!

Steps

1. 1 Wash the cabbage and set aside

   

2. 2 Cut into strips, add 2/3 teaspoons of salt and marinate for half an hour

   

3. 3 Squeeze out the excess water from the marinade (be sure to squeeze it dry)

   

4. 4 Add half a teaspoon of chicken powder, a teaspoon of Sichuan peppercorn oil and 30 grams of five-spice chili powder and mix well
