Wash the potatoes, peel them off and cut them into boat shapes

Put the potato wedges into a basin, add an appropriate amount of olive oil, salt, rosemary and black pepper, stir until the surface of each potato wedge is covered with olive oil and seasonings

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees, bake on the middle rack, up and down for about 30 minutes. Prick it with a toothpick. If it goes through easily, it's good.
