Orleans Grilled Wings
Overview
There is nothing static about cooking. Only by constantly innovating can you and your family feel dazzled, and you will feel that the process of cooking is really enjoyable! Life will also feel infinitely beautiful! Orleans Grilled Wings, which we cook once a month, are very popular in our family. The children are happy eating, and I feel more at ease! If you love delicious food, give it a go! You can also make unique flavors at home!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the medium-sized wings bought in the supermarket and score them diagonally with a knife to make them more flavorful when marinated.
-
I used about a bag and a half of Orleans grilled wing ingredients (available in various brands in supermarkets).
-
Add the roasted wing ingredients, ginger and cooking wine to the chicken wings.
-
Add an appropriate amount of water and wear disposable gloves to grasp evenly so that each chicken wing is evenly coated with the ingredients. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a day and night. (If you don’t have time, you can marinate it for two or three hours)
-
Preheat the oven for ten minutes (180 degrees for the upper and lower floors). During this time, place the marinated chicken wings (I added a few pieces of plum blossom meat) on the grill (put tin foil on the baking sheet for easy cleaning). Brush the marinated ingredients on the upper and lower sides of the chicken wings and meat.
-
Preheat the oven, put the chicken wings into the oven, and set the upper and lower layers to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
-
After the machine has finished working, take it out (be careful of scalding your hands), brush a layer of ingredients and oil with a brush, turn over and brush the ingredients and oil as well, then put it in the oven and bake for 20 minutes (200 degrees). This process is repeated twice.
-
On the fifth time, brush both sides with a thin layer of oil and put in the oven for 20 minutes (230 degrees).
-
This is the color when you turn it over after the fifth baking and continue baking for the sixth time (still 230 degrees)
-
Time's up, finished product.

Is it very appetizing?
