Homemade Peanut Butter

Peanut butter is a food with high nutritional value. It is rich in fat, protein, carbohydrates, calcium, iron and multiple vitamins. It is known as a green food. Many people are afraid to eat peanut butter due to fear of gaining weight. Fry the peanuts first (dry frying is enough without adding oil)

Let cool and then peel

Put it into the grinding cup of the food processor in batches
