Dry-dried apple preserves
Overview
I have a voice allergy, so I can’t eat crispy apples and feel uncomfortable every time I bite them. I prefer softer apples. Mom bought a lot of Fuji apples and I don’t eat them, so I don’t buy them much. The few left are almost spoiled, so I might as well make them into preserved fruits so that I can enjoy them. This is a recipe found online and I have forgotten the author.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash and peel the apples
-
Cut into large pieces
-
Put it on a plate (I don’t know how to describe this container)
-
Put it in a ventilated place to dry in the sun for about two days if the weather is not good, then let it dry for another two days. This is dried, then steamed in a steamer until soft. It took me about 30 minutes, and everyone can control this time by themselves. ❲Just use a toothpick to pierce it easily❳

After steaming, place it on a container to dry for two days. Then you can pinch and taste it. The photo shows that it has been dried for about five days
-
Put it in a container and eat it slowly
