Spicy Cumin Baked Potato Chips
Overview
Potato chips are a favorite of many people. However, commercially available potato chips are high in salt, oil and calories, so they are not as healthy and delicious as homemade baked potato chips.

Wash the potatoes, peel them and cut them into thin slices of about 1 mm.

Soak in clean water for 2 minutes to rinse away the surface starch.

Brush a little olive oil on a baking sheet, drain the potato slices with kitchen paper and put them in the baking sheet.

Sprinkle a little salt, cumin powder, and chili powder into the preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 6 minutes, and bake until the potato slices are rolled up on all sides.
