Cherry Buckwheat Yogurt Salad
Overview
I bought a lot of cherries, and I also have a few packs of ready-to-eat crispy buckwheat flakes at home. They are crispy and original and sugar-free. Use them with yogurt and fruit to make a salad. It is not burdensome to eat, healthy and not afraid of gaining weight.

Rinse the cherries with clean water, add a little baking soda, and soak for 10 minutes.

After soaking, rinse with clean water.

Cut and core.

Place the cherries at the bottom of the cup and pour in the yogurt.

Ready-to-eat crispy buckwheat flakes, very crispy and sugar-free.

Add crispy buckwheat flakes and some cherries.

Pour yogurt on top.

Place two more cherries for decoration.
