Because I have always liked eating sour and sweet things, I tried making strawberry jam once.

Prepare a pound of fresh strawberries.

After cutting, add 50 grams of rock sugar and cook in a pot over high heat for 3 to 5 minutes (it will be ready when the rock sugar melts). Use a spatula to stir continuously in the pot.

Simmer over low heat for another 5 minutes and add the juice of half a lemon

The cooked strawberry jam is sour, sweet and delicious
