Cut a banana into segments (the sugar on top can be added or not, it will be sweeter if added)

Crush the banana into puree (you don’t have to press it if you don’t like puree)

Put a spoonful of mashed banana on a wonton wrapper

Seal the wonton wrappers with water and use a fork to press the edges (the pressed ones will prevent the mashed banana from flowing out easily when it is heated and expanded during frying)

Put butter in a hot pan (I like to put butter, the color of fried things looks better when fried in butter), fry the banana pie in the pan over medium-low heat until crispy and brown
