Overview
There is always an old man selling roasted sweet potatoes from a cart in front of his children's school. Every time my child comes out from school, he asks me to buy one. I always think the oven is dirty and refuse to buy it for my child. Now with the ACA oven, roasted sweet potatoes can be easily made at home. No more worries about hygiene. And the process is so simple, just throw the sweet potatoes into the oven and give them a twist. Next, we are waiting for the hot roasted sweet potatoes to come out of the oven. Get one in winter and it will warm your hands and feet.

Choose a medium-sized sweet potato and wash it.

Pat the sweet potatoes dry with a kitchen napkin and place on the baking grid.

Place in the middle rack of the preheated oven. 230 degrees for 50 minutes. The roasting time depends on the size of the sweet potatoes, as long as they are tender.
