Durian cake
Overview
The golden and attractive durian cake has a soft and smooth filling made of fresh durian pulp, and is paired with a layered, unusually loose and finely crafted pastry. After eating, the faint durian smell makes people forget to leave. Durian cake is a delicacy with high nutritional value. In addition to being high in sugar, it contains 11% starch, 13% sugar, 3% protein, and a variety of vitamins, fats, calcium, iron and phosphorus. Thai people use durian to replenish their health after illness and postpartum women. Local people regard it as the king of tropical fruits.

Use a spoon to remove the core from the durian and stir it into durian puree
