Grilled Banana
Overview
I saw something the other day, saying that there are some beneficial nutrients in the peel, but they are all thrown away when peeling. If it can be roasted with fire, these beneficial things can be roasted into the pulp. The most typical one is banana. It is said that bananas are good for constipation, and most of their laxative ingredients are in the banana peel. Eating only the pulp often fails to achieve the purpose. If a banana is roasted over a fire with its skin on, a large amount of oligosaccharides in the peel will enter the pulp, thereby promoting the growth of beneficial bacteria in the intestines, enhancing defecation, and also having a beautifying effect. Moreover, it is also beneficial for hemorrhoids and bloody stools. In fact, this is not the point. The point is, what does a roasted banana feel like? The pile of bananas on the table is increasingly showing that time has not waited for us, but I always don’t want to eat it. How about grilling a banana to try? Not bad, warm. . . .
