It has been nearly a week since I received the Changdi 3.5 electric oven. I feel so anxious when I see everyone publishing food reports. But there is no way. I am quite busy with work this week, and I usually eat out with my colleagues and friends after get off work. I don’t even have time to write a general food diary, let alone a trial report. I'm fine now. I'm on vacation. I can rest until May 13th before going to work. I want to use this time to cook delicious food. O(∩_∩)O

  1. Wash the chicken wings, use a toothpick or fork to insert a small amount of holes to facilitate the flavor. Use 35-40 grams of marinade for every 500 grams of chicken wings, and mix thoroughly. After washing the chicken wings, there will be residual moisture, which is enough to dissolve the marinade.

  2. Put the chicken wings into a plastic bag and marinate in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours to absorb the flavor.

  3. Take out the marinated chicken wings and place them on the grill grid one by one. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and turn on the fan function for 40 minutes. (Ashamed, it was my first time to use it. I initially adjusted it for 25 minutes, but found that the heat was not enough, so I added another 15 minutes.)
