1. 1 Prepare the ingredients. Peel, wash and cut the sweet potatoes into hob cubes. Heat the oil in the wok, fry the sweet potatoes and take them out. Bring the oil to a temperature and fry once before taking them out of the pan. I fried them vigorously, otherwise it would look better than this

   

2. 2 After frying, leave the bottom oil in the pan and add sugar to boil. When the sugar changes color slightly, add the sweet potatoes and stir-fry evenly.
