Clean the hawthorns, cut each hawthorn in half, and remove the hawthorn core and ends.

Do it all.

Thread it with bamboo skewers.

I used a non-stick baking pan. Rock sugar and water in a 1:1 ratio.

Boil the rock sugar until it becomes a light brown viscous syrup. ,

Thread the hawthorn skewers and pour them into the soup.

Place on a glass or non-stick baking sheet and let cool.
