After skewering the beef tendon balls, cut them with a knife without cutting them.

Brush oil on the surface of beef tendon balls. Place on a baking sheet lined with foil. (My plate is freshly roasted beef)

Preheat the oven to 230 degrees, with upper and lower heat on the middle layer.

Take it out and flip it over halfway through, bake until the surface is slightly browned, and sprinkle with sesame seeds. I like to eat it with orange oil.
