Garlic roasted tofu
Overview
If you go out for a late-night snack, you must order these fried tofu slices at the barbecue. During this special period, you can't go out to eat barbecue, so you can grill a few skewers to satisfy your craving. If you like spicy food, add some chili pepper. If you still don't like spicy food, you can leave it out without any delay. The key point is to add a little more minced garlic to make it more delicious.

Thread the fried tofu slices with a bamboo skewer. Just put two pieces on one bamboo skewer.

Place a layer of parchment paper on a baking sheet and spread the tofu slices flat on the baking sheet.

Brush some oil on the fried tofu slices with a brush.
