Simple version of Nougat
Overview
I have always wanted to make food without the need for an oven or a microwave, and with utensils that are readily available at hand. I have always liked to make food, (it cannot be called gourmet for the time being). However, there are several people around me who are trying to beat me up, so many baking tools are not ready. This time, I used milk powder from my milk baby and a non-stick pan to make a nougat. Haha, it tastes pretty good, but it was frozen too hard, so it broke a lot when cutting. I hope I can do better next time!

Prepare the ingredients (because there is no butter, I used lard at home instead, and the taste is OK), crush the nuts

Melt the lard in a non-stick pan over low heat

Add marshmallows, use the lowest heat, and stir constantly with chopsticks

When the marshmallows melt and swell, add the milk powder and mix quickly, keeping the heat to a minimum (you need to be patient in this step)

After the milk powder is mixed evenly, add chopped nuts and stir quickly

Because the pan is non-stick, the sugar will not stick to the pan no matter how much you stir it. Stir evenly and then turn off the heat

Pour the nougat out while it's hot and place it on oil paper. Because I don't have oil paper, I use ordinary plastic cardboard, which is more sticky, and then shape it (a non-stick pan is good, as it's done all the way, and there won't be any residual sugar sticking to it. I just wash it roughly, because it's a pot for my baby's food supplement) and put it in the freezer compartment of the refrigerator

Take the nougat out of the refrigerator and cut it into pieces (it should not be frozen too hard, otherwise it will be broken when cut out, and it will not work if it is too soft, as it will not be easy to shape)

Packed into boxes, you can use them as snacks or as gifts for others.
