Overview

Juju heard the word coffee pudding for the first time. He was convinced that it would taste great even before he ate it. But when he actually took it into his mouth, the rich and delicate taste of coffee pudding was really intoxicating. He made 4 of them and bubu and I finished them in one go. bubu also strongly requested to make them for him tomorrow. The taste was really poisonous~~~

  1. Put the cream and espresso into the pot and bring to a boil over low heat. If you don’t have an espresso machine, use an ordinary coffee machine to make very strong coffee. Or you can use instant coffee to make a stronger coffee instead.

  2. Add sugar to 4 egg yolks and stir evenly. Just be careful not to overstir until the mixture is evenly mixed, otherwise a lot of foam will form and there will be many holes in the baked pudding.

  6. Finally, pour boiling water into the baking pan, immerse half of the ceramic cup in the water, bake in an oven preheated to 160 degrees for 30 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour before eating.
