Date paste
Overview
There are a lot of red dates at home, so I might as well make some date paste. I can prepare date paste cakes, spread bread, and make Chinese snacks. The key is that I make it myself and the materials are clean and hygienic.

Steps
-
Jujube pitted
-
Put it into a soup pot, add water that has covered the jujube meat, and soak for half an hour
-
After soaking, reduce the heat to medium to low and cook the jujube meat until soft and tender, about 20 minutes
-
The cooked dates are cool
-
Put it into a food processor or breaker and beat into puree
-
Pour the jujube puree into a non-stick pan, keep the heat low, and stir-fry until the water is reduced
-
Fry until the water in the jujube puree is almost evaporated and the puree can hold together
-
Pour in some corn oil and continue to stir-fry. Pour in the oil to make the puree filling taste smoother. Continue to stir-fry for another five to ten minutes
-
After the puree has cooled down, you can put it in a jar and refrigerate it, and try to eat it as soon as possible.
