tomato sauce
Overview
My mother has planted all kinds of vegetables in the yard and outside, and she can’t consume so much every day. She picked about ten more tomatoes this morning to keep them fresh and quickly make tomato sauce.

Steps
-
Cut the tomatoes into crosses, blanch them in boiling water and peel off the skin.
-
Cut into cubes. If you don’t want them to be grainy, put the tomatoes in a food processor and pulverize them.
-
Add rock sugar and bring to a simmer. After it boils over high heat, reduce the heat and stir constantly to prevent sticking to the pan. When it is almost thick, add lemon juice. When it becomes thick, turn off the heat. Once it cools down, put it into a glass jar.
