Oreo Mango Smoothie
Overview
The temperature has risen so much. The high temperature of more than 30 degrees has made the baby sweat profusely. He kept wailing: I want to eat popsicles ~ popsicles ~ popsicles ~ I was planning to lose weight, but when the baby yelled like this, the glutton screamed out... My mother happened to buy mangoes, but there were too many for no one to eat. There were also Oreos that my father bought for the little kid, and they made Oreo mango smoothie together. However, children still need to eat less ice products that are cold to the bone. After adding a lot of Oreos, it is much better. Even with the cold taste, it still feels like room temperature, haha~

Ingredients
Steps
-
Cut the mango in half, remove the mango core, then put the pulp into a plastic bag and put it in the refrigerator.
-
Pour pure milk into the pot, add crushed rock sugar, cook over low heat until milk bubbles around the edge, then turn off the heat. While cooking, stir with chopsticks to melt the rock sugar.
-
Then wait for the milk to cool down and put it in the refrigerator.
-
About 1.5 hours later, I took out the frozen milk and there was already smoothie. Toss slightly with a spoon and freeze again.
-
After 1.5 hours, take out the frozen milk again. There is already a lot of smoothie. Stir it and continue freezing.
-
Take out the frozen milk for the third time. There is no liquid anymore and it has completely become a smoothie. Stir it again and put it in the refrigerator to freeze.
-
At this time, prepare Oreo cookies, 3 small packages are enough. If you like it, you can prepare more, otherwise use less.
-
Break the biscuits apart and remove the filling with a knife.
-
Place the biscuits in a plastic bag and crush with the back of a knife.
-
It doesn’t need to be too crushed, it’s more delicious with some particles.
-
Take out the frozen mango pulp and cut it into small cubes.
-
Stir quickly and evenly. If the weather is hot, if you stir too slowly, the smoothie will easily produce too much water, which will affect the taste.
-
Take out the milk smoothie, stir it, add crushed Oreo cookies and 2/3 of the diced mango.
-
Put the prepared smoothie into a container and put a few diced mangoes on top to decorate.
