Purple Sweet Potato Constellation

Overview

Children like to observe the various constellations on the horoscope, so let’s use our brains to make an edible horoscope!

Prepare ingredients.
Cut purple sweet potato and pumpkin into cubes.
Put it in a steamer, pour in appropriate amount of water and steam for half an hour.
Place in a plastic bag and roll into a paste with a rolling pin.
Roll the purple sweet potato into a ball shape to serve as a zodiac sign, roll it into a round cake shape to serve as the base, and wrap a little of it around half a sanitary chopstick to serve as a stand.
Insert the wrapped sanitary chopsticks between the sphere and the base.
Use pumpkin puree as stars and yam puree as connections between planets.
