Delicious almond tart
Overview
Almond tart is a traditional English tart. It's delicious, not greasy, and relatively healthy. The puff pastry paired with almonds is particularly fragrant. Paired with a cup of black tea, it feels like British afternoon tea.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Soften butter and beat with salt and icing sugar.
-
Add the egg liquid in portions and mix evenly.
-
Sift together the low-gluten flour and starch, add them, and press with a spatula to form a dough.
-
Put it in a plastic bag and refrigerate it for one hour, then roll it out into a disc with a thickness of 0.5cm, and punch holes with a hole punch to avoid air bubbles during baking.
-
Use your fingertips to gently press into the mold to remove any excess.
-
Spread a layer of tin foil on the dough and pour some beans into it to avoid swelling and shrinkage during baking.
-
Adjust the Depp oven to the baking setting of 180 degrees, bake for 13 minutes, take out the beans, and set aside to cool.
-
Then make the tart filling. Soften the butter first and then beat it with the powdered sugar.
-
Add the eggs one at a time and mix well.
-
Sift the almond flour and add it and mix well.
-
Place into the baked and cooled tart shell and spread flat.
-
Finally, sprinkle the almond slices evenly on the surface, adjust the Depp oven to the baking setting, and bake for 30 minutes before taking it out of the oven
