Overview

The remaining fish bone steaks from the fish fillets were simply marinated by my mother with seasonings and then fried in a little oil. The texture was very good.

  1. Chop the fish into small pieces and marinate with appropriate amount of salt, cooking wine and ginger slices for several hours.

  2. Heat the pan and pour in appropriate amount of oil.

  3. Put the marinated fish pieces into the oil pan.

  4. After one side is fried, flip over and fry on the other side.

  5. Fry both sides until golden brown.

  6. Remove and drain. It is best to use oil-absorbing paper so that you can eat it without any burden.
