Grilled pork skewers
Overview
My husband prefers eating kebabs from outside. I feel that the meat outside is not safe. Rat meat or zombie meat always appears. It scares me just thinking about it. So I researched how to make kebabs and tried it with pork first. It seems that the effect is good this time and the taste is quite good. I will try making mutton next time.

Take the marinated barbecue out of the refrigerator and marinate the barbecue for 4-5 hours.

The marinated barbecue is skewered with bamboo skewers, and some onions can be skewered in the middle. The onions also taste good when grilled.

Grill the meat skewers for 3 minutes. Use a small brush to brush a thin layer of oil on the meat skewers. Turn over and brush a thin layer of oil on the meat skewers and grill slowly.

After the barbecue changes color, it is ready. You can sprinkle some barbecue dipping sauce on it. My husband loves cumin, so I also sprinkled some cumin.
