Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the fresh mugwort, blanch it in boiling water for about 2 minutes, rinse it with clean water and set aside.
-
Use a food processor and add a small amount of water to grind the mugwort. If you like it chewy, you can chop it with a knife. I didn't weigh the glutinous rice flour, so I prepared some casually.
-
Add an appropriate amount of white sugar and olive oil to the glutinous rice flour, mix well, add chopped mugwort and knead the dough with your hands.
-
Add your favorite fillings and knead into a smooth dough.
-
Steam it for about fifteen minutes and it's ready to eat. The amount of mugwort I used this time was not enough and the color was not pretty enough.
-
Soft and sweet, I wonder if you like this taste?
-
The rest didn't sink, so I made it into mugwort glutinous rice balls, which tasted very good too👍.
-
The light herbal fragrance is also delicious.
