Steps
-
Take a piece of toast and use a cookie mold to press it into shape. If you don't have a mold, you can just use a piece of toast. It has more fillings and a great taste.
-
Press into about five small pieces, and divide other patterns according to size.
-
Spread a layer of tomato sauce on toast
-
Spread a layer of mozzarella cheese
-
Sprinkle some diced sausage, or diced onions or fruit, depending on your preference.
-
Sprinkle another layer of mozzarella cheese, just a small amount, and finally sprinkle a layer of cracked black pepper, it's okay if you don't add it. Preheat the oven for 5 minutes, add the toast slices, set the lower layer over medium heat for 10 minutes, then move the upper layer to the upper layer for 1 minute to brown. My heat was a little longer than 1 minute, and it was a little browner.
-
Picture of the finished product, it tastes super fragrant, the edges of the toast are crispy, and the middle is covered with cheese. The texture is a little softer, crispy and soft, amazing!

The preparation is very simple, but the taste is extraordinary!
