Kunbo Casserole Roasted Sweet Potatoes
Overview
I have loved eating roasted sweet potatoes since I was a child. The rich aroma can only be found in roasted sweet potatoes. No, as soon as the casserole that can be dried, roasted or cooled came home, I bought the sweet potatoes and baked them.

Steps
-
Get the casserole ready.
-
Wipe off the floating dust with kitchen paper (do not wash the new casserole with water when it is used for barbecue).
-
Cut three pieces of tinfoil that are larger than the pot body, put one piece of tinfoil into the pot, press it with your hands to stick to the inner wall of the casserole, and wrap the top of the tinfoil around the edge of the casserole and extend out of the pot.
-
Another piece of tinfoil is also put into the casserole, overlapping it crosswise to form a straight tube, with one circle firmly attached to the inner wall of the casserole, and the top covering the edge of the casserole.
-
Place the grill rack on foil.
-
Place another layer of tin foil on the grill (to prevent the sweet potato juice from flowing out and causing burnt spots that are difficult to clean).
-
Wash the sweet potatoes, drain them, and dry them with kitchen paper.
-
Dry sweet potatoes.
-
Add sweet potatoes to casserole.
-
Cover the pot with a lid (tinfoil that is higher than the mouth of the pot helps to drain excess water steam out of the pot).
-
Grill over medium heat.
-
Do not open the lid to dissipate heat while baking.
-
Bake the sweet potatoes over medium-high heat for 30 minutes. Turn the sweet potatoes over (use a steamed bun tongs to turn them over to prevent them from being scalded. If you see there are cracks and are almost cooked, use chopsticks to pierce them and they will become slightly hard). Turn the sweet potatoes over to medium heat and continue roasting.
-
Bake for another 10 minutes, turn off the heat, and make full use of the heat energy stored in the casserole pot to simmer the sweet potatoes (the specific baking time can be selected flexibly according to the size of the sweet potatoes and the amount of heat).
-
Simmer until the pot is warm to your hands.
-
Open the lid and prick the sweet potato with chopsticks. If it penetrates easily, it's done.
