Roasted sweet potatoes

Overview

I don’t know if you have ever grown sweet potatoes. It was probably late spring or early summer, and suddenly the streets were full of people selling sweet potato seedlings. Grandma would buy a few handfuls of sweet potato seedlings, and the family would make an appointment to carry a few buckets of water and a ladle. The person in front digs a hole at intervals with a hoe, the second person plants a few sweet potato seedlings in the hole and buries them, and then the person behind pours a ladle of water into each hole, and that's it! The climate at home is relatively dry, and the groundwater is not abundant. After planting, there is basically no watering. The sweet potatoes rely on the first scoop of water to grow little by little, and the drier the year, the sweeter the sweet potatoes grow. Autumn is here and the sweet potatoes are growing. With a shovel shoveled down, the sweet potatoes sprouted. Our area is arid and sandy, and the sweet potatoes produced are white-hearted, particularly dry, sweet and delicious. It is delicious for cooking sweet potato noodle soup, sweet potato rice, roasted sweet potato, steamed sweet potato, and shredded sweet potato. Suddenly I miss the sweet potatoes at home...

1. 1 Bought sweet potatoes (Sweet potatoes are so expensive here, they cost seven yuan each, and they are still raw...)
