First wash the sweet potatoes or potatoes (peel them)

Then cut the sweet potato into small discs with a peeling knife (as shown below)

Pour oil into the pot, and when the oil is almost boiling, add the sweet potato slices into the pot (don’t add too much at one time, add slowly)

After frying, sprinkle salt and pepper (or other seasonings) on the sweet potato slices. Then set it aside to cool and then it’s ready to eat! ! !
