Yogurt Fruit Salad
Overview
Girls who want to lose weight quickly come in. I just discovered how delicious the fusion of yogurt and fruit is a few days ago. The sourness of yogurt and the sweetness of fruit are really endless enjoyment. I kept eating it for a few days and lost a whole pound of weight (meal replacement every night).
