Wash and cut the Chinese cabbage leaves into cubes and set aside.

Heat oil. Add ginger slices to the pot and add peeled and deveined fresh shrimps.

Fry the fresh shrimp until cooked.

Add Chinese cabbage leaves and stir-fry.

Add enough water. Add leftover rice (or rice), add appropriate amount of salt, cover the pressure cooker lid, and cook porridge.
