Ingredients
Steps
-
Pick off the stems of fresh strawberries, rinse them under running water for one minute, add a small amount of salt and soak them for 30 minutes.
-
Cut the strawberries into cubes or slices, put them into a small pot and add 300ml of water
-
Add five tablespoons of white sugar, or rock sugar
-
After boiling, squeeze in lemon water. Don’t use too much. Too much jam will make it sour
-
During the cooking process, use a spoon to stir clockwise until the water evaporates and becomes a paste
-
Turn off the heat and continue stirring to make the jam have a delicate texture until it cools. Take out a clean glass bottle, boil it in boiling water, add the jam after the water dries, and put it in the refrigerator to cool.
