Prepare the required ingredients and wash them.

Cut the fruit into granules, add appropriate amount of honey to the old yogurt and mix well.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Pour the yogurt in and use a spoon to help spread the surface. Try to be as thin as possible and the height should not exceed 1cm.

Spread the fruit evenly on the surface of the yogurt.

You can also add an appropriate amount of dried fruits, which is also delicious. I put cashews, pumpkin seeds, and almonds. Then put it in the freezer of the refrigerator for more than 4 hours, or overnight. I make it in the morning, and it’s just right for my kids to eat when they get back from school.

If you don’t have parchment paper and baking sheets at home, you can take a vegetable plate and put a plastic bag on it. I happen to not have a large plastic bag, so I used two small plastic bags to put it together. (I heard from friends that if you use plastic wrap to lay it out, you won’t be able to remove it in the end. I haven’t tried it, so I don’t know. You should try to use plastic wrap bags)

If you find it troublesome to spread a layer of yogurt and a layer of fruit, you can mix the fruit directly into the yogurt.

Then pour into a plate. Also freeze for more than four hours.

Take out the frozen yogurt fruit and peel off the oil paper.
