  1. Prepare the above materials.

  2. Boil the water and cook the sago. There is a trick to cooking sago.

  3. Boil the water, add the sago, cover and cook for ten minutes. Pour off the water and add cold water. Boil again for five minutes. Pour off the water and add cold water again. Repeat twice.

  4. After the water boils for the third time, turn off the heat and simmer for 20 minutes without opening the lid until the sago is fully cooked.

  5. In this state, it is crystal clear and translucent, then sieve to wash away the mucus.

  6. Put the remaining leftovers into a food processor and add coconut milk to puree.
