  1. Prepare spring rolls with red bean filling.

  2. Add oil to the pan and heat it up.

  3. When one spring roll bubbles around, add all the spring rolls and fry over medium-low heat.

  4. Use chopsticks to flip over and fry.

  5. Fry until both sides are golden brown, absorb the oil with absorbent paper.
