Overview

Red dates can replenish blood and nourish the skin, and are especially suitable for female friends. I saw this dish at a wedding banquet, but it required some honey juice and some sesame seeds. So I thought of making it at home and eating it directly without pouring the juice.

  1. Add glutinous rice flour to warm water and stir evenly.

  2. Cut the big red dates with a knife and take out the date core.
