Use the bottom of a bowl to press out a suitable size and then cut out the bread base and set aside

Trim the sides of the toast and cut it into the same height as the bowl

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap

Take the cut bread slices and arrange them tightly in a bowl and press them with your hands a few times

Put the strawberry pieces, blueberries, and raspberries into the pot, add 3 tablespoons of sugar, and 5 tablespoons of fresh orange juice and heat until the fruit is slightly soft and the sugar dissolves

Spoon the fruit filling into the bread slices (reserve a little berry juice for decoration)

Spread the remaining bread slices on top of the fruit filling and wrap tightly with plastic wrap

Place a plate on the bowl, weigh it down and refrigerate overnight to set

Take out the pudding, take off the plastic wrap, pour an appropriate amount of berry juice, and garnish with various berries
